The CHS Orchestra has a tradition of fostering excellent student string quartets. These ensembles perform at a wide variety of school, university, and private functions in Charlottesville, and are available for hire at reasonable prices.

Student string quartets are self-directed; Ms. Thomas serves in a mentor capacity, coaching occasionally and providing ideas and resources for music.
